The Monica Dress is striking with its colors, print and flow.  It is a full length maxi, with a v-neckline, full buttons down with covered buttons, cinched waist, fully lined.  

It is a green back ground with soft blue, floral and gold detail florals.  

Runs slightly large.  Rachel is 5'6'' wearing a size small.  Size down if in between sizes for length especially as it runs long.  If you are shorter than 5'6'' it will puddle on the ground without heels.
