The Tatiana Dress is a beautiful lavender hand block printed style made in Jaipur, India.  It features covered buttons, a v-neckline, elastic waist and puff sleeves. 

It runs small.  We recommend going up one size.  Rory is 5'4'' and wearing a size medium in this style.
